What is life coaching? Life coaching is helping you discover what is holding you back in your life and then working toward releasing those blocks so you can have a fuller, healthier, happier life. What have you got to lose? You can lose the negativity that blocks you from moving forward and growing in your life. What can you gain? This is totally up to you and what you are willing to receive. Some people gain happiness, a sense of self-worth, and/or inner peace. Overall, people gain a fresh, new perspective on their lives that allows them to move forward where they once felt stuck.
We will address any programming you are ready to release or reframe. You will talk, I will listen. I will intuitively ask questions as needed. You will be required to work on yourself because you must be as dedicated to your growth and change as I am. I am honored to be a part of your journey.

This is a hands-on service. You will lay comfortably while I place my hands on your head. When we "run your bars" it releases any old thoughts, ideas, programming, and emotions that no longer serve you.Â
This is a safe modality for all, including those with pacemakers and/or are pregnant. The worst that will happen? You'll feel like you had a relaxing massage. The best that could happen? You could end up changing your whole life for the better.Â

Pleiadian Connection
Working with the energy of the Pleidians, Tameana awakens the I AM seed in our soul. Our soul holds memories, emotions, and ideas from before our bodies were conceived. Tameana offers our souls and our bodies a way to heal through changing the vibrational energy at the cellular level. Tameana opens the heart and allows us to receive all that we are.
Connect with your "Ki"
Reiki is spiritual healing modality originating in Japan. Reiki derives from the Japanese words "Rei" which means Universal Life and "Ki" which means Energy. This healing can be hands-on or remote. I will work with you to help the "ki" flow within your body. In removing energy blocks and allowing the ki within your body to move freely, you are able to heal yourself better and faster. You may find that your life flows better as you are in sync with the Universal Life Energy within you.
